WAIS Robotics at Games Robots Play

The WAIS Robotics Club participated in the 2015 Games Robots Play at Waltrip High School. This years games required designing and programming robots to play Disc Golf, Marbles, Pipe Ball, Cube It, and a side-challenge of Skateboarding on a mini-halfpipe.

The WAIS Robotics Club received awards for their performance, including for perseverance, the first to score on disc golf, and the trophy for achieving the highest score on disc golf (scoring the only perfect score of the day). WAIS Robotics has participated in Games Robots Play since 2012.

Games Robots Play is a competition hosted and run by Stephanie Witherspoon's Robotics Team at Waltrip High School. All challenges and challenge materials are designed, procured and/or created, and tested by the Waltrip Robotics students.
